Irish at Heart will deliver a box full of gifts and crafts to your door each month. We carefully curate each box to provide a selection of Irish inspired gifts you will love with a special theme each month, and provide a cost-effective way for our customers to get a little bit of Ireland through their door.
Every box will have it's theme announced at the start of the month. The contents however are kept a complete surprise. Our members absolutely love the surprise and delight of a curated box each month. Each box is packed with goods carefully chosen by the Irish at Heart team. We include a selection of both traditional and contemporary items. The goods come packed in our signature box, and you can expect to see a combination of luxury, novelty and heritage items.
Yes of course! When you are on the sign up page, you can select "It's A Gift", this will allow you to add a Gift Message. When you are checking out, you can choose to either send all boxes to the recipient, or you may wish to send the first box to yourself to gift yourself. You can then reach out to our support team or log into your Irish at Heart account to change the address for future deliveries.
We do indeed! Based in the UK, most of our customers are based overseas. We offer extremely competitive shipping rates worldwide, meaning you can join Irish at Heart and have Ireland delivered to your door no matter where you are in the world.
Signing up to our service couldn’t be easier. Simply visit our sign-up page here and we will guide you through the process. You can choose from a one-off delivery all the way up to prepaying for 12 months (this is the most cost effective way of joining!)
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time on your Account page. Please submit your feedback if you have any reasons for cancelling. It helps us improve our service!
We also offer the ability to pause your subscription, or skip a box or 2 without needing to cancel the entire subscription. You can either manage this through your Account page. Other options are available if you have any specific issues we could address by contacting us directly here.
The nature of the Irish at Heart box means that what you receive each month is a surprise. We try to cater as far as possible to all tastes and to provide what we think our customers will love. We cannot offer returns on goods because of taste, however where you feel what is offered is unsatisfactory, please do get in touch. Alternatively, join our Facebook Group where members occasionally trade Irish goods!
We now ship our boxes twice a month. International travel times can vary, so you should expect delivery within 10-15 business days. For a more detailed breakdown of our schedule and timelines, check our Delivery Information page.
Your initial payment will be taken on the date you sign-up. Future payments will be taken on the 15th of the billing cycle you are on. This means if you are paying monthly, expect a charge on the 15th of each month.
Please note if you sign up after the 1st but before the 15th of a month, you will not be charged again until the following month, to prevent double charges.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card over the next 7 days. If these all fail, your subscription will be cancelled.
If your card has expired, you can renew/update this on your Irish at Heart account page.
