These multi-deeded beauties hail from Sheridan's Cheesemongers, who have shops in Dublin, Connacht, Waterford, and Meath – the latter two being situated in Ireland’s captivating Ancient East.

Brothers Seamus and Kevin Sheridan have been selling the very best of Irish cheese since 1995, and over the years have expanded to include European varieties, as well as some truly scrumptious side offerings – such as the very crackers that will hopefully soon be tucked into your pantry.
